Additionally, we have an experienced immigration attorney who provides legal consultations and represents immigrants in more complex cases. We are dedicated to protecting and supporting immigrants, ensuring they have access to reliable legal services and safeguarding them from unlicensed scam artists.
Our accredited representatives are trained and knowledgeable in immigration laws and regulations, offering accurate and dependable assistance with the USCIS form-filling process. However, for certain cases where exceptions apply, we recommend consulting with our immigration attorney.

At UCCW, we’re committed to providing comprehensive immigration support to our community. All our services, including consultations with our immigration attorney, assistance with WAVA/U and T visas, and DALE application help, are completely FREE of charge.
However, due to the lack of funding for certain services, we do charge a minimal fee for completing some immigration benefits forms. If you are experiencing financial hardship, we will waive these fees to ensure you receive the support you need.
