Empowering Youth Through Service – A Partnership with the New Rochelle Youth Bureau

The United Community Center of Westchester (UCCW) had the privilege of partnering once again with the New Rochelle Youth Bureau, welcoming a group of dedicated student interns whose enthusiasm and hard work made a meaningful difference in our community.
Throughout their internship, the students assisted UCCW’s staff in various programs and activities, contributing their time, creativity, and compassion to help others. From supporting family initiatives to assisting in community outreach efforts, their presence brought fresh energy and a spirit of collaboration that truly enhanced our summer programs.
Their commitment to learning and service embodies the values of leadership, empathy, and civic engagement that UCCW strives to cultivate in the next generation. These young leaders remind us that giving back not only strengthens communities, but also builds confidence and purpose in those who serve.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to the New Rochelle Youth Bureau for their tremendous support to our Community Center, and to each intern for their dedication and excellent work. We wish all of them a successful and fulfilling new school year—may they continue to grow, achieve, and make a positive impact wherever they go.

Jóvenes que inspiran – Una alianza con el New Rochelle Youth Bureau
El United Community Center of Westchester (UCCW) tuvo el privilegio de colaborar una vez más con el New Rochelle Youth Bureau, recibiendo a un grupo de jóvenes pasantes comprometidos cuyo entusiasmo y dedicación marcaron una verdadera diferencia en nuestra comunidad.
Durante su pasantía, los estudiantes apoyaron al equipo de UCCW en distintos programas y actividades, aportando su tiempo, creatividad y empatía para ayudar a los demás. Desde el acompañamiento en iniciativas familiares hasta el apoyo en labores comunitarias, su participación aportó una energía renovada y un espíritu de colaboración que enriqueció enormemente nuestros programas de verano.
