⭐ This past Saturday, the United Community Center of Westchester (UCCW) proudly joined the “Sabor de la Avenida Union” community event, organized by the City of New Rochelle.
The event was a vibrant celebration of Latino culture and community spirit, bringing together families, local organizations, artists, and entrepreneurs for a day filled with music, delicious food, and meaningful connections.
Our team was thrilled to participate and share valuable information about the programs and services that UCCW offers to empower families, support workers, and strengthen our community. From educational workshops and workforce development to social services and community advocacy, our mission continues to open doors of opportunity for everyone.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to CNR for the invitation and to all the residents who stopped by our table to learn more about UCCW. Your interest and enthusiasm inspire us to keep working toward a stronger, more connected, and inclusive Westchester.

Celebrando la Cultura, la Comunidad y la Conexión – UCCW en “Sabor de la Avenida Union”
⭐ El pasado sábado, el United Community Center of Westchester (UCCW) participó con orgullo en el evento comunitario “Sabor de la Avenida Union”, organizado por la ciudad de New Rochelle.
Este evento fue una vibrante celebración de la cultura latina y el espíritu comunitario, reuniendo a familias, organizaciones locales, artistas y emprendedores en una jornada llena de música, buena comida y valiosas conexiones.
Nuestro equipo disfrutó de compartir con los asistentes información sobre los programas y servicios que ofrece UCCW para empoderar a las familias, apoyar a los trabajadores y fortalecer nuestra comunidad. Desde talleres educativos y programas de desarrollo laboral hasta servicios sociales y apoyo comunitario, seguimos comprometidos con abrir puertas de oportunidad para todos.
